The Story That Began
from healing water

Every good story has a beginning. Ours was born of a quiet dream and of... water. Before the Aparthotel was founded, we were building a Thermal Estate in Uniejów — a place where we wanted to give residents something absolutely unique: the opportunity to enjoy the healing brine without leaving home.

It was then, in the privacy of private bathrooms, that the legendary “third cock” first appeared, turning an ordinary bath into a private health ritual.

We quickly realized that this desire — to be close to nature and its gifts — was much deeper. We heard them in conversations. In numerous calls from business leaders, organizers of large meetings, who were looking for more than just conference rooms for their teams.

They were looking for a place with soul, in the heart of Poland, where after a day full of challenges you can plunge into the soothing water of Terme Uniejów and really breathe.

It was a sign. A sign that Uniejów needs a place that combines the energy of important meetings with the power of spa regeneration. Places that, on the one hand, will give comfort and professionalism, and on the other - will allow you to feel the same magic of the “third cock”, but in the hotel, four-star standard.

In March 2018, the first shovel dug into the ground was therefore more than the beginning of construction. She was a promise. The promise of creating on 1.5 hectares of green space - your private enclave of tranquility, a unique oasis.

In August 2019, we opened our doors. But that was not the end of the story. That was her real beginning.
