Our Chefs
They do not wear high hats and do not pose with a ladle in their hand. They prefer to hide behind the kitchen door, where instead of words they speak through aromas, spices and ideas that never fit into the schemes. Their menu was not created on a piece of paper, but through many rehearsals, conversations with local suppliers, and out of a passion for what is authentic.
They cook as if they were doing it for a friend who stopped by for dinner after a long trip. They do not force themselves to impress, but they like to surprise with a quiet twist in a traditional dish or a composition of flavors that stays in the head long after leaving the restaurant.
In the kitchen of Aqua Restaurant there is no place for anyquality. But there is a lot of room for taste, seasonality and dishes that do not scream, but are memorable.
What we offer
A breakfast buffet that celebrates mornings
Our breakfast buffet has been created for guests who value variety and quality. You will find a wide selection of regional cheeses and cold meats, warm egg-based dishes, seasonal vegetables, fresh fruits, homemade pastes and pastries, as well as classic continental and vegetarian dishes.
There will also be sweet touches: preserves, pancakes, yogurts with additives and honey from local beekeepers. In addition, natural juices, world teas and coffee that puts you on your feet, or allows you to celebrate lazy mornings.
Breakfast is served daily in the form of a rich buffet, in the morning. This is not just a meal, but a ritual that sets the tone for the whole day.

Our lunch menu changes seasonally and is created for Guests who appreciate a balanced cuisine full of aroma. These are proposals inspired by Polish and European traditions, in which local vegetables reign, decoctions cooked with patience and additives that are no coincidence.
From creamy soups, to juicy meats and fish in surprising variations, to delicate desserts, every element of the lunch has been designed to give you energy without being heavy.
Whether you're stopping by us for a quick meal in the break between meetings or fancy a longer feast with quiet conversation, our lunches are exactly what you need in the middle of the day.
supper
As the day slowly subsides and the light in our restaurant softens, dishes begin to appear on the tables that combine culinary artistry with respect for the product. The evening menu is a nod to the classics, but always with the signature touch of our Chef.
You will find Polish inspirations in a modern twist, as well as Mediterranean dishes that bring to mind open-air dinners in Tuscany or Provence.
It's the perfect time to end the day... or to start the evening.
