Uniejów Thermal Baths

In the heart of Uniejów, right next to the 14th-century Castle of the Archbishops of Gniezno, awaits a place where time flows more slowly, and the daily rush gives way to real relaxation. Our thermal waters flow from a depth of more than 2000 meters and - thanks to the low degree of mineralization - are not only safe, but also extremely beneficial for health. They relieve stress, support regeneration, improve the condition of the skin and respiratory system.

You can start your journey with a gentle wrap. In our Turkish Bath thick, hot steam will deeply moisturize your skin, leaving it silky smooth.

Moments later, in Aromatic Bath, let the natural essential oils floating with the steam cleanse your airways and bring harmony to the mind.

Once your body is ready for more, step into the heart of our saunarium. IN Traditional sauna Bania intense, dry heat will penetrate every muscle, releasing accumulated tension and preparing you for the most restful sleep.

If you prefer a milder experience, Saunarium will surround you with a comfortable temperature and subtle aroma of herbs, and in Infrared cabin you will feel how gentle infrared rays warm you from the inside, improving circulation.

A real sauna ritual is a dance of heat and cold. After a hot session, wrap yourself in fluffy, perfectly clean snow in our Snow Chamber. Created from mineral water, without any chemical additives, it is a joyful shock for the senses that awakens dormant immunity and speeds up metabolism. Waiting for the brave Ice Pool, in which crystal, refreshing water will wash away all fatigue from you in an instant.

In between sessions, immerse yourself in a warm brine pool. Feel how your body becomes light, and the healing brine relieves stress and allows thoughts to flow freely. HOTEL POOL AND SUN TERRACE

At Aparthotel Termy Uniejów you will find a spacious swimming pool, which is conducive to both active swimming and quiet relaxation in the water. It is a place where you can break away from everyday life and find a moment of relaxation in an elegant, intimate setting.

An additional attraction is the spacious sun terrace, available in warm weather. WET SAUNA (STEAM)

Wet sauna is a space in which the combination of high humidity (up to 100%) and temperature in the range of 40-60°C creates exceptional conditions for deep relaxation and regeneration. The water vapor envelops the body, promotes the natural cleansing of the skin and intensively moisturizes it, leaving it smooth and refreshed.

Regular use of the steam sauna: improves circulation and supports the work of the cardiovascular system, facilitates breathing and cleans the airways, which is especially beneficial for infections or allergies, relaxes muscles and relieves tension, which promotes recovery after physical exertion, reduces stress and promotes healthy sleep. The dry sauna, also known as Finnish, is a classic of relaxation and natural regeneration. The high temperature (80—90°C) with low humidity (approx. 10— 20%) makes the body intensely warm and then cleanses through deep perspiration.
